“After several years away from any sort of fitness or exercise class I joined Keren's circuits class on the recommendation of my sister. I am not naturally inclined to these type of classes but I find the range of activities that Keren provides keeps me interested. Each week the activities change which keeps things fresh. Keren is always very supportive and provides the right balance between encouraging and pushing to do more. The group is small and friendly and I would recommend it to both returners to exercise and those wanting to add a bit more to their exercise programme.”

“I've been coming to circuit training for about 4 months now. At my first session I was a bit nervous as I hadn't done any physical exercise for about a year. But Keren made me feel very comfortable and was extremely supportive. Even though there were people in the group who were fitter and more advanced then me, Keren encouraged me to go at my own pace.
As I grew stronger she slowly helped me advance my progress by introducing heavier weights or more repetitions. She also changes the exercises in each session so not only is there no chance to get bored, but my body has the opportunity to use different muscles.
I have definitely grown fitter and stronger since attending her training, and unlike classes at the gym feel as though each session is tailored just for me.”
