About me

Hi, I'm Keren

I have worked in a large commercial gym training a variety of people of all shapes and sizes with varying fitness goals: injury rehabilitation, weight loss, general all round toning and fitness from beginners to experienced athletes.

I have also trained a number of people in their own homes using both their and my equipment and also trained people in my own facilities.

I run circuit training sessions and pride myself on making all my sessions specific, interesting and varied

I have trained a number of clients to enable them to complete both marathon and half-marathon races.

I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer gained through Premier Training. I am a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals and hold a current first aid qualification.
