Hi, my name is Keren I am a mobile Personal Trainer offering Personal Training and Nutritional advice in the Camberley, Frimley, Farnborough, Bracknell and surrounding areas of Surrey, Berkshire and Hampshire.

Personal Training can either be on a 1-to-1 basis or in pairs. All training sessions are tailored to your needs and are always different and varied thus helping to maintain your interest focus and ultimately helping you to achieve your goals.

As a mobile personal trainer I can train you either in your home, my home, Blackwater and Hawley Leisure Centre or Sandhurst Sports Centre.
